Who We Are
F-Solutions Ltd is a healthcare and agrovet company based in Rwanda. We work with pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and veterinary products, and we try to do that carefully.
At the pharmacy we welcome walk-in patients and pet owners. Beyond the counter, we supply hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, farms, and cooperatives, and we take the responsibility of that supply seriously.
We are authorized by the Rwanda FDA for human and veterinary dispensing, and a pharmacist reviews every walk-in prescription before it leaves the counter.
We do our best work face to face. Come whenever you can — and if you truly cannot, we will still help you from a distance, with delivery across Kigali when needed.

Where We Are
We are based in Kimironko, Kigali — at 37 KG 11 Ave, near Marine Super Market — open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
From there we serve walk-in patients and pet owners at the counter, and deliver to institutional partners across Kigali and beyond.
