F-Solutions Ltd is a healthcare and agrovet company based in Rwanda. We import and distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and veterinary products, and serve patients and farmers at our pharmacy in Kigali.
Founded in Rwanda in 2019 and opened in Kigali in 2025, we work with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, farms, and cooperatives. Our mission is safe, useful, and fairly priced health products when they are needed.

What care does F Solutions provide?
Human and veterinary pharmacy care in one place, plus pharmaceutical, medical-device, and agrovet supply for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, farms, and cooperatives. You speak with a pharmacist who understands the service you need.
When are you open?
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Closed on weekends.
Where are you located?
37 KG 11 Ave, Kimironko, near Marine Super Market, Kigali. If it is your first visit, call ahead and we will help you find us.
Do you accept health insurance?
We work with several providers in Rwanda. Bring your insurance card and prescription. Call first to confirm whether your specific insurer is covered.
Can I send my prescription by WhatsApp or email?
Yes. Visit in person whenever you can so we can review everything properly at the counter. If a visit is not possible, send a clear photo of your prescription for review, preparation, and collection or delivery arrangements.
What if the medication I need is not in stock?
Contact us to check current availability. If your medication is not available, we can order it and let you know when it arrives. We only suggest an alternative after talking with your doctor.
Can I get a medication review?
Yes, especially if you are taking several medications. A pharmacist will review your full list, check interactions, look at dosing, and flag anything that needs attention.
Do I need a vet’s prescription for animal medications?
For prescription-only medications, yes. Many over-the-counter products such as dewormers and vitamins are available without one. Our team will tell you exactly what is needed.
What animals do you stock medications for?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, and livestock such as cattle, goats, pigs, sheep, and poultry. For less common species, speak with our veterinary pharmacist.
Can you help with dosing for my animal?
Yes. Bring details on species, weight, and condition for guidance at the counter. For complex cases, we work directly with your vet. If you cannot visit, call or WhatsApp to arrange remote support.
How do I place a delivery order?
When an in-person visit is not possible, call, WhatsApp, or email your prescription. We confirm the details, prepare your medication, and arrange delivery across Kigali. Contact us for current timing.
Is there a delivery fee?
Fees depend on your location. Contact us to confirm the rate for your area. Regular patients and larger orders may receive preferential rates.
Do you deliver veterinary medications?
Yes, both human and veterinary medicines. For bulk livestock orders, contact us in advance so we can arrange packaging properly.
